Henry and Will did a great job installing our garage door. They were very nice and courteous. They were also very knowledgeable and worked very hard. This company was recommended by a neighbor And now I will be happy to recommend them.
I couldn't be happier with on track doors! It was very easy dealing with Amanda in the office. She answered all my pre-installation questions , scheduling and payments. Anthony and Hunter showed up before the time they said they were going to be here! Very organized and knowledgeable.They did an outstanding job installing the door. Working well together. Paying close attention to every detail. Cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't be happier!
Anthony and Kindly came to my home a few months ago and replaced our garage door after Ian damage. They were incredibly polite and helpful. They did a wonderful job, thank you!
Just had our garage screen installed by Anthouy and Hunter. They did an excellent job and the door looks great. They were fast, very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.
I called On Track to install a key code on my garage door. They immediately gave me an appointment the same week. Ian came to the house at the day and time Ian was incredible. He installed the keypad and demonstrated how to use it. He also moved a manual door opener from inside of the house to the garage side. All work was completed in no time at all. Work was perfect and the cost was very reasonable I had contacted another company that we had used in the past but they did not pick up the phone after several tries and no voicemail. I am so happy to have found Ian. I highly recommend him.
We had a new garage door, opener, and garage screen put in. Our installers, Anthony and Hunter, were excellent. They did a great job and were easy to work with. The new door and screen look great and the door is much quieter than our old one. I highly recommend them.
My torsion spring broke and car was stuck in garage. Called On Track and the agent who answered my call and set the appointment was great and also told me how much it would cost. On Track arrived within 24 hours and replaced springs and fixed door. Also did maintenance of rollers, etc. Door sounds great! Ian was my technician and he did the job right the first time and explained what he did, what kind of spring I needed for type of door I had and taught me about features of my door that make it right for hurricane protection. Really good experience. Thank you.
Brad Steele was our technician. He came to see us to correct an installation that was not done properly. He attached the track to the joist in my ceiling the way it should have been done originally. However I was going to be replacing my ceiling very soon so he said to call him back after it was done & he would return and make sure the door was still attached & running smoothly. My husband called him on Wed & he came today, Friday. He made some adjustments and now the garage door is running smoothly, no bumps or weird noises. He was thorough & professional. I highly recommend him & On Track Doors for any garage door issues or replacement.
Wow. Made dumb mistake on my end and called On Track Doors. Got me scheduled hours later and sent out the most competent and trustworthy repair technician I have ever met. Ian crushed it. Had my door repaired and offered reasonable options to get more door up to and exceeding 100%. They did an incredible job from taking the initial call, getting me on the schedule, and fixed the same day. Exceeded all expectations and will be saving them to recommend to others as well as use in the future. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and reach out for any garage door needs.
We are just so thrilled with our new garage doors for soooo many reasons. It has been one year, 5 months since I our home had a 12 foot surge as a result of Hurricane Ian and that is how long it has been since we had functioning garage doors!!!! The garage doors we picked out were even MORE gorgeous than we imagined…we LOVE them!!! Anthony, Henry, Will and Hunter were friendly and worked sooo hard to get all 3 garage doors installed in one day!!! It was a full day of work for the guys today so I was able to get to know them as I was excited to see the progress and kept peeking in and taking pics…haha I would highly recommend On Track Doors & their excellent service crew!
Torsion spring snapped on my garage door, I called several places for estimates, on track doors was the least expensive by over 50 dollars. Wade was the person who fixed my door, he is a very pleasant and very knowledgeable in his craft. Springs were changed within an hour and my door works perfect. Thanks Wade, i will always use you guys and will always refer you guys to all my friends and family.
I would highly recommend On Track Doors. My garage door was off the track in the up position and was ready to fall down. They arrived and fixed the garage door within an hour and a half. Super service at a great price. No added fees for emergency or weekend work. Thanks!
I called at 7:15am this morning. They were here at 7:30am! Doesn’t get any better than that. Gentleman was very nice, very professional, interacted with my children who were I’m sure adding time to his job by answering their questions. Job was complete and he was done by 8:00am. VERY IMPRESSED. Will use On Track again in the future.
Had the spring snap on my garage door. Called a few other companies that couldn’t make it out for over 5 days. Wade came out the next day and door was fixed in 30 mins. Fair price, honest guy… would highly recommend.
I had him replace 3 garage doors with hurricane-impact garage doors; and I'm glad I trusted my intuition and used him to do the job. He was more than fair pricewise and his crew work was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with him ;which is not an easy thing to say about contractors down here in Florida. He treats you like a customer. Your in good hands doing business with him.
